Our shop is being managed by three ladies, namely, Denden, Jonna and Merj.Currently, we are all full time employees from different companies.We are college schoolmates and friends. We are into K-pop especially BTS and YES, we are ARMYs.Since we are all MARUPOK with BTS albums and merch we decided to start our own online Korean merch shop.That That! K-Shop, officially started in May 14, 2022.We are currently active in both IG and Facebook Page account (@thatthatkshop) you may also contact us thru our email address [email protected].
As of now, all items are imported from South Korea.
TERMS AND CONDITION
ORDER
1. Make sure to read our TERMS & CONDITION carefully before submitting an order form.2. Kindly fill out the order form ONLY IF you are 100% sure of ordering.3. Submission of order form means you agree to our terms and condition.4. NO order form, NO order will be considered.5. NO CANCELLATION. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly note that any down payment made is NON REFUNDABLE. Please note that we tried our best to secure your order and we already paid it in full.
PAYMENT
1. A 50% down payment or the required down payment depending on our post and/or story in our IG and FB page must be settled within 24-48 hours WHEN submitting order form to secure your order/s.2. NO down payment received after 2 days means automatic cancellation of your order.3. Remaining balance must be settled on or before the stated due date in the invoice (normally 25 days after you placed your order).4. Failure to pay within due date will incur a late payment penalty of 50 pesos within 1 to 5 days and an additional 20 pesos penalty for every succeeding days.5. After 25 days of late payment, order is considered cancelled and any payments made will be forfeited. (We don't want this to happen so please let's be responsible enough to settle your accountability in our shop.)6. We will be sending a payment reminder on a regular basis so please always check your email or IG dm and/or messenger.7. We will ONLY acknowledge late payment, when we received advice within 7 days before your due date and we will only giving 5 days grace period after your due date. (But we don't encourage this, as much as possible kindly pay your balance on or before the due date)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / ETA
1. Estimated date of arrival of merch from South Korea to Philippines normally takes 30 to 45 days via sea cargo.
!! Kindly take note that the mentioned ETA is NOT after your order date BUT after our box has been shipped out from our KR address.2. Any delays due to holidays, customs review, International and local shipping and pandemic restrictions are out of our control. With this, we are asking for your patience and understanding.3.We don't allow RUSH SHIPPING.
!! Kindly make sure you have the PATIENCE when you decide to place your order.
CANCELLATION & REFUND OF ORDER
1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION of order/s once items are already secured. Any down payment are NON REFUNDABLE if you still wish to cancel your order.2. REFUND is ONLY applicable if down payment has been made and the item is out-of-stock or sold out without prior notice.
RETURN POLICY
1. We will only allow RETURN if we accidentally shipped to you a wrong item but buyer must provide an unboxing video within 48hours from delivery date.2. Manufacturing defects or damages on sealed items are not qualified for return and refund. Note that Outbox is used to protect the merch/item and may be discolored or scratched. We will send photos in case your items have dent/s. We are handling your items with care and we will make sure to securely pack it before delivery.
DAMAGE OR LOST ITEMS
1. We will NOT be held liable/responsible for any damages not disclosed or seen in the photos provided by the seller.2. We will NOT be held liable for any delays, loss or damages of items and packages once departed from South Korea to PH and once shipped out from our place to yours. This is out of our control but we assure you that we will inform you about our shipping schedule and we will pack your orders securely.
